Marketing Manager Italy :
You will be responsible for the planning and executing of the marketing for www.occhiali24.it. As we just launched our website in Italy you will be on board from scratch to set up strategies suitable for your target group.

Your Tasks:

  • To translate content into native language
  • To be responsible for media planning and –buying in arrangement with director performance
  • Publisher acquisition and supporting
  • Stay informed in MarTech, publishers, campaigns especially in their countries
  • Creating campaign elements for each marketing channel
  • To be responsible for implementing and checking correct tracking and process
  • Reporting and evaluating all campaign KPI´s according to media plan and make recommendations to marketing channel specialists
  • Drive reports for ad evaluation
  • Regular and initial reports to director performance

Your Profile:

  • At least two years experience in several marketing channels
  • Relevant higher education, for example in Marketing or Online Marketing
  • Deep understanding in Google Analytics
  • Good overall experience in publisher landscape, Marketing technologies
  • Knowledge in tracking of advertising and customer funnels
  • Understanding of JavaScript and HTML
  • Creative and curious
  • Good knowledge in reporting of key numbers in marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. In native Italian, fluent English and German language.


Customer Service Executive Italy :
You will act as the first point of contact to customers calling in to our Berlin based service desk to report issues or faults with our products / service.

Overall responsibilities and accountabilities include answering service calls, logging faults onto the database in a timely manner and communicating any problems to senior team members. This role also involves effective customer complaint escalation and ensuring the customer is communicated to within specified timeframe with progress updates.

Your Tasks:

  • To work as part of the customer service team answering customer calls and logging onto the database.
  • Take responsibility for all 1st line calls and chase through to resolution.
  • Liaising with other members of the team and communicating any problems to the Country Manager.
  • Advising clients on products and services available in a polite and friendly manner.

Your Profile:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally from within a Call Centre environment but this is not essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. In native Italian, fluent English and German language.
  • An active interest in diagnosing issues and finding solutions.
  • Computer literacy, ideally proficient using Microsoft office.
  • Knowledge and experience working in the optical industry would be advantageous.
